J.O. Mullinix, school trustee of Washington Township, Putnam County, Indiana will receive bids for the construction of a two-room and basement frame school building to be erected in the town of Manhattan, Putnam County, Indiana according to the plans and specifications prepared for the same by Layton Allen, Architect, 401 Lombard Bldg, Indianapolis. Bids will be rec’d until 2 p.m. Friday Aug 1, 1919 at the office of said trustee in town of Reelsville. At the same time and place a separate sealed proposal will also be received for the furnishing and installation of the heating & ventilating plant, plumbing, sanitary closet system for the above building…
